Current Stage
The SKYT platform has validated its Proof of Concept and launched an MVP demo. The pilot program is active across two corridors today, with additional corridors in development.
Active corridors
- Sudan corridor — flagship pilot operating under a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Sudan (signed 2 April 2026). The MOU establishes corridor recognition for the import of food, medicine, and essential goods into Sudan, with Skyocean financing and originating trades through approved supply origins. Local-currency settlement is structured through approved channels, with downstream commodity arrangements producing hard-currency receivables on the export leg. The MOU defines an initial scope around food security and humanitarian categories — lentils, milk powder, sunflower oil, wheat flour, medicines, agricultural machinery, and road construction equipment — and is open to expansion by mutual agreement.
- Ghana corridor — operational pilot anchored by Skyocean’s Ghana entity, focused on SME-accessible trade finance through self-consignment-backed CAD terms.
Development Focus
- Supply chain integration with DKG V10
- Smart contract deployment and testing
- Trading platform UI/UX refinement
- Merchant onboarding systems
- Documentation automation
